Autumn updates for Alpha Flow

Over the last few weeks we have made some improvements to Alpha Flow.These changes include:

• Customer names now link to their profiles in the Reception screen
• The ability to look up customers via their Post Code or Zip Code
• New Email Tags for your Email Templates
• Added User permissions to reports
• The bill number can now be used as a data column in the Vouchers Report
• Improvements to Results Emails
